The top picture is the baby's profile, as if it was laying on its back. The bottom is a 4-D where you can see the entire body of the baby. His/her little arm is reaching up by the head, and the legs are stretched at at an angle at the bottom. What a miracle! 
I meant to post these awhile back. They are our ultrasound pics at 12 weeks. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant, so I'm sure our little one has changed quite a bit. I know my tummy has! :)
