12 months

it came too fast, 12 months.  now you are 14 months.  where does the time go?  seriously.

at 12 months you:

mastered scooting & are faster than both zoe & max were crawling.  

are changing a bit in looks- not sure who you favor.  i still think you are a good mix of zoe & max.

you finally popped your 1st 2 teeth- the bottom ones about 1 week after you turned 1. (now at 14 months you have 3 bottom & all 4 top are coming down at the same time!)

you are a super happy boy.  you smile, sing, and get excited about everything.

you still take 2 naps a day. eat like a bird.  are a light weight,  but a bit above average in height.  

i weaned you from nursing at about 12.5-13 months.  I was so proud of myself for making it a year with you.  You were so HARD to nurse, but you have one stubborn Mama!  At first, you actually didn't seem to really want to wean, which totally surprised me given the fact that you went on a nursing strike awhile back.  

your favorite toys are balls.  you go get your box of balls & bring them to me so we can play catch, throw them, and roll them.   you love it!  you also stash them in random places around the house.  

still love your paci but haven't seemed to cling to an animal or blanket yet.  zoe loved manny from day 1 & i think max started his blankie love around 12 months....we'll see.

You are loved so much, Mr. Jude, and are such a blessing to our family!
