we sure are enjoying spring. so much so that we've been too busy to do much blogging. so here's some pics from my phone:
my sister took this while i was shooting my first wedding. it was such a great experience and i feel honored to have been a part of it. oh, and i'm STILL working on the pics-THOUSANDS to go through! no joke.
exhausted from so much work and play and headed back to Colorado
zoe enjoying her last quarter of kindergarten….wahhhhhh! :(
it isn't officially spring in colorado till it dumps snow a few times.
hence the flip-flops next to snow boots.
the beginnings of my flowers out front. this seriously makes me happy every time i see them.
love new growth!
one day we were playing out in the back and i found this on a branch, i googled it to see what it was and still haven't come to a conclusion
yes, this is our kindergarten kiddo, who is reading the Chronicles of Narnia. she is an unbelievable reader & wants to read ALL the time. both bart & i love to read, so of course this makes us happy.
more kindie shots
everyday the kids beg to pick a flower. only some days i let them. i'm kind of selfish with them.
the boys & I having a movie party while zoe was at school
they are still in their pjs. i'm only casually dressed b/c I had to drop zoe off at school.
jude FINALLY walking! i will make you do the math as to how old he is. not the norm, but that is the norm for us.
i was just about to change out our frames to spring/summer pics and change the words on the "let it snow" when the very next day we got one of our snowfalls.
but now i should probably change it.
Ahma & Papa sent a fun package in the mail for the kiddos for Easter. they were sooooo excited!
and yes, those halloween pjs are still making their appearance…..year round. :)
we made our first batch of homemade popsicles for the season
and of course had some Easter decor around the house
i finally gave up my pinecones for the year & got into some more springy stuff. it was a hard break up. between me and the pinecones that is. i'm guessing they'll win my heart back next fall/winter.
HE LIVES!
love to have the garage up and play
randomly one day zoe said, "mommy, let's take a silly picture." so here's what we came up with.
we enjoyed Easter at Mema's where Jude kept crawling into the walker there & getting stuck
my hubs & Paul playing golf game in my parents' yard….what are they teaching my children?!?!?
Jude was pretty proud to show MeMa his new walking skills
and cousin Jaela is such a treat!
perfect day to fly a kite.
dying Easter eggs with Auntie Courtney & Aunt Cailyn
beautiful flowers from a family friend- we are thankful
