spring 2014

way back when, it was spring of 2014 for the mccoy family.  so here's some randomness of our life.  b/c most of the time, our life is pretty random.  :)

whenever jude was teething, this is what he looked like.  his lower lip all puffed out and drooling.

he's so skinny. all of max's hand me downs are a bit too big for little jude.

if you're a mom of girls, here's an easy craft.  if you have scrap fabric, cutting sheers and glue, then you're basically set.  zoe frequently "designs" no sew barbie dresses.  we just wrap the fabric around the barbie, tie with a ribbon, and then i let her glue embellishes on it.  i've also given her fabric markers to draw on the fabric.  she LOVES it and will do it for hours.  

finally daddy had time to give the boys a cut.  loved their new dos they got.

my boys always use the vacuum as a rocket.

i got these robot printables off pinterest.  my kids LOVED them!

new hair cuts.  

max got a new bike helmet and no joke, wore it for about 2 weeks every day, all day long.  whatever dude.  i guess he was extra safe during that time period! :)

this sight is so familiar to me, zoe teaching max shapes.  i LOVED teaching my little sisters in my little school i created for them.  ask them if they liked having me teach them…some may say yes, one in particular might not! :)

zoe and max made fishing poles from tall grass and sticks.  i can't get enough of watching kids & their creative minds at work.  

meanwhile, jude is just taking it easy in the shade.  

one night at dinner, we noticed this beautiful image in the sky.  a reminder that there is always light, no matter what kind of darkness you're undergoing.
