McCoy Moments: march 2013

worked on these awesome dot crafts, go here to print out sheets:

max had his all nice & "dotted" & then he turned his into a big giant "swirl"

it still kept him occupied though, i'll take it!

talked about spring & growth- planted these & the kids have loved watering and watching their plants grow!

i FINALLY signed Zoe up for ballet/tap. if you're looking for a dance class that is very basic, very fun & stress free, check out lifetime's classes. they are cheap, no dance recitals, and super fun for the kiddos. ok, i'm not going to lie. i may wish i was out there tip toeing around as well. i never did dance class when i was little, so this makes up for it! :)

zoe LOVES wearing her ballet outfits for class...she even came down with a tiara on her head one day before class. of course you can wear that, why not?! :)

we loved having our cousins, Briggs & Bennett, visiting us (& of course Lee & Heidi too)

briggs played so hard he crashed- what a cutie!

enjoyed another "blizzard" that really wasn't

laughed at, i mean, with max. he keeps it fun here.

and at jude too. i think he's outgrown this hat.

worked on another easy & fun easter craft. i don't have time to do all the fancy crafts out there. i wish i did. maybe some day! but this craft was great for the kids to really understand the true Easter story. go here for it: Easter Craft

p.s. when it called for 10 toilet paper rolls, i thought it would take forever to gather that many up. it's AMAZING how quickly a family of 5, 1 still in diapers, goes through the rolls. seriously, i think my kids use an entire roll every time they blow their nose!

zoe & max worked on these together. zoe was a little disturbed by "max's coloring not being up to par", but otherwise, they LOVED it. we even did a puppet like play (using the craft while reading the easter story) for daddy
