max is SIX!

Back in November 2015:
Max turned SIX!  Six things about Max.
1. He started Kindergarten and loves it!
2. He can read now!
3. He is so tender hearted and gentle.
4. He is really into legos and Star wars.
5.  He is an AWESOME helper to mommy.
6.  He loves Jesus and asked Jesus in his heart in 2015.

 On Max's birthday wish list: legos.  Check.

 We had an unplanned trip back to Imperial and Max got the royal treatment by getting to have his birthday party at MeMa & Grandpa's with all of his cousins.  Aunt Cara even made him a very last minute Star Wars cake.  She's awesome!

Birthday boy

This just cracked me up so I had to capture it. The boys brought up the TV into the sunroom so they could watch a game.  

Grandpa K & the birthday boy.  Max and Grandpa have a LOT of similarities in their mannerisms/expressions/etc.  When we go back to Imperial, so many people tell us that Max looks just like Grandpa did.

We love you tons Max! Your warm smile and gentle ways are loved by all.  We have been so tickled to see the wonderful kiddo you've become.
